After the app is downloaded, when instructed, give us the 9-digit code from your screen, and we’ll be able to connect into your computer.
Once we are connected, you will be asked to approve permissions for us to control the machine, and our support session can begin.
This process is safe and reliable with enterprise-level encryption that ensures that the connection is secure.
After downloading the file, open the app and give me the 9-digit code so I can remote into your system for assistance.
You can retain the client to reuse for another remote session without a download.
